Bean Bags – New pyramid coffee bags which will revoluntise the filter coffee market. I don’t drink coffee, so I gave these to my family to try, who are avid coffee drinkers (it sometimes amazes me the amount of money they spend on it!). They tried it and thought it was delicious. Some of them are very particular about their coffee, but it seemed like everyone gave it the thumbs up for taste and design!

Zeo, orange and mango drink was delicious! Very refreshing for the warmer weather. Great mixer if you wanted to make your own little summer cocktail too (alcoholic or non-alcoholic!)

These snacks are perfect for picnics or even lunch bags. I gave my son a handful of the Cereal Lovers CrunchTime Nuggets, instead of some crisps. Much healthier and will hit the spot for him.  The Portlebay popcorn was loved in this house. We are a popcorn crazy house. We have cupboards full of popcorn as it is the go to snack for any movie time or treat time. The children loved this sweet chill  flavour, it’s all natural so I couldn’t say no!

Sweets and Confectionary

We have a sweet tooth in our family, so this was devoured in a blink of an eye! The cadbury’s peanut caramel crisp, we were all a bit hesitant about. None of us like peanuts so we thought it might taste too peanutty! We tentatively tried them and we sighed relief as the delightful Cadbury’s taste was there and the peanut taste didn’t overpower it. You can tell how good it is by how long it lasted in the house (about 20 mins!)

I’ve been wanting to try Candy Kittens for ages, but have never got around to it. I’m so glad these were in the box as it combines my favourite fruit (pineapple) with my favourite sweet. The taste is really refreshing and natural. No after taste or sickly sweetness. I will definately be buying these again.

I used to buy my bircher breakfast pot everyday from a well known central London, high street sandwich shop.  I used to love to “Eat” it every morning. : )  Gives me a good start to the day. Now I can make my own. It’s so simple and delicious.

Wraps and bread

My son loves wraps and I tend to make him a tuna and sweetcorn wrap for lunch once a week. This week I tried it with leftover mince we had from our spaghetti bolognese. He loved the wraps. They were light but filling. I loved the way the packet is designed. It tells you how to make the wrap properly (where to put the filling and how to roll it). The wrap isn’t a square shape, so by folding it, following the instructions, the filling won’t fall out. So no more messy plates! Also, the packet is resealable too!

I haven’t got around to using the bread flour yet. But who can’t resist the smell of freshly baked bread?!
